This workshop is designed to equip carers with the essential knowledge and skills needed to confidently and safely care for individuals with a tracheostomy. The session will cover both theoretical and practical aspects of tracheostomy management. By the end of the workshop, carers will feel more comfortable and competent in providing day-to-day tracheostomy care, ensuring the safety and well-being of individuals under their care.
This workshop is delivered in the classroom over a two hour duration.
Upon successful completion of the workshop, participants will be able to confidently demonstrate knowledge of subject matter and will receive a Statement of Attendance for Professional Development within 10 business days.
