Founded on a belief that good training creates great healthcare workers.
All Health Training was founded by Faye Gray in Blackburn in 2008, when, at the age of 60, she decided to turn a lifetime of healthcare experience into something new.
Starting from a small shop in Blackburn Main Street, Faye did just about everything herself—developing training resources, teaching students and answering the phone. AHT initially delivered training in pathology collection, aged care and first aid, with a simple belief at its heart: healthcare workers deserve practical, high-quality training that prepares them for the real world.
That belief still drives AHT today.
In 2011, Faye’s son Simon Gray and his wife Zoe Crowder joined the business as AHT began to grow. What started with one training room and a small team developed into a specialist healthcare training organisation that has now helped thousands of people prepare for careers across pathology, hospitals, aged care, disability and the broader healthcare sector.
Faye retired in 2021, with Simon and Zoe taking ownership of AHT and continuing the family business she started.

All of my experience with AHT has been great. Very prompt and friendly. My teacher Jolanta was fabulous. She teaches from the heart and is passionate and extremely knowledgeable. Such a great course with excellent teachers, Brodie was amazing and gave me the confidence to keep on going. I initially looked at another training provider but felt unsure, I'm so glad i decided on AHT, i believe this is the best training available in Melbourne, 5 stars!
I completed my Certificate III in Pathology Collection today, I must admit I am so glad that I choose All Health Training, I had the best Trainer, Brodie, Jenni, Rosa and the staff has been very helpful and supportive throughout the course. All my trainers always been very patience and passionate in teaching and guiding in this course. The modules are fantastic, very clear and good information. The environment were great. I will miss my class, I have also completed my placement prior completing this course today and already have an interview next week. So excited and can't wait for a new chapter with a new role in my life. Thank you All Health Training 🙏🏼

Have had such a great time during my Cert III Pathology Collection course. Great teachers and industry experts. Blackburn location is very clean and the classrooms are set up really well 🙂
I was able to learn a lot and I can now put into practice. I recommend this for anyone wanting to do training in Medication.
I just completed my Cert III in Pathology Collection at AHT Narre Warren campus. I was grateful to have Laurinda as my teacher / trainer – she is highly knowledgable and made our time in class interesting and enjoyable. The industry experts are super experienced and really supportive – as is the entire AHT team, who are all focused on helping their students succeed. If you're thinking of studying Pathology Collection and tossing up between different providers, you can't go past AHT!

I completed cert 3 in pathology collection and I had the most amazing trainer ever jolanta was the best mentor and made learning so interesting
A great learning experience. Clean and modern facilities and easy to find a carpark. I did my medication certificate with Shosh at the Narre Warren campus who is fun, friendly and knowledgeable about the disability industry. I learned a lot. I’ll be enrolling again soon.

Took up Cert III Pathology Collection to gain a job that is pandemic proof. I had mentors/ trainers that has years of experience in the industry. They are also very supportive , motivating and boost your confidence. Half way in the course, we had a work placement and I was offered a job prior to competing the course. Right after completing the course the company offered me to proceed to training and am very happy with the outcome. Thank you very much Jolanta, Brodie and Rosa. Youve all been such wonderful mentors.
