I`m 63yrs old. My job was made redundant at the hospital I worked at in Ballarat after 18yrs of service. I found out about the Certificate 111 in Pathology Collection at All Health Training in Blackburn, Melbourne, so I applied to do the course. The trainers are amazing with one thing in mind. To nurture you through the course and pass. The study at home was busy, but if you pace yourself and your study, you`ll be fine. I did my placement in Ballarat and was then hired within two weeks after placement. Not ready to retire? I highly recommend doing the course with All Health Training.

Absolutely fantastic course!... Provided practical and theory and covered so much in an easy to understand achievable way!.. Being the age of 47 and being over 25 years since I last studied, there was NO WAY I had any intentions of studying again!.... I did it though!.. This is the best training facility for the industry. All training materials, educational content of the course and skill training is current, relevant and on point. They are the industry experts in the healthcare indeed. Add to that the positive and encouraging attitudes of the trainors and mentors and you will be on your way to be the best in your chosen field. They will even include some materials to teach you how to do your CV or resume and cover letter to help you win applying for jobs. Go with the best!

All of my experience with AHT has been great. Very prompt and friendly. My teacher Jolanta was fabulous. She teaches from the heart and is passionate and extremely knowledgeable. She cares about her students and really wants them to succeed. She is easy and fun to learn from and has built my confidence within myself tremendously.

I had a great trainer, very thorough, knowledgeable & patient. Trainer displays an understanding and adaptive to individual adult learning styles. Note* This course is not suitable for adults with English as a second/additional language. Highly recommend this training organisation, will definitely return for other training if needed in the near future.

All Health Training is by far the best RTO I have completed a course with over the years. Cody and Rosa were amazing, knowledgeable and supportive trainers who have prepared me well for my upcoming placement. Not too long now and I will have my Cert III in Pathology Collection! I recently completed Certificate III in Pathology Collection with AHT at the Narre Warren campus, and I loved it! I had Jolanta as my Front of Room Trainer, supported by Industry experts Cherie and Karen. Jolanta is a fabulous trainer, making the classes fun and engaging, whilst imparting her years of knowledge and experience on to her class. Cherie and Karen were amazing in the prac room, encouraging and supporting us to become confident collectors. The AHT team delivered a comprehensive curriculum, which I believe has given me a terrific grounding for a career in Pathology Collecting. I would highly recommend the AHT team for your studies!

My experience at AHT has been amazing. I graduated in pathology collection in March 2023. I've studied for six month in Blackburn center and having Brodie as a lovely trainer has made my experience of learning at AHT very easy.
