This workshop includes two components:
The nationally recognised unit applies to all workers who may be required to provide a first aid response in a range of situations, include community and workplace settings and enables the correct first aid response to a casualty.
The non-accredited component of the workshop will assist workers to assist participants who have a disability in a first aid situation.

Pre-assessment:
Before attending the workshop, participants must complete an online pre-assessment, which is mandatory and should be finished at least 3 business days before the workshop date. To aid in answering the questions, students are provided with an AHT learner resource.
Please note that you are allowed a maximum of 4 attempts for successful submission. If you exceed these attempts, you will be temporarily locked out and will need AHT assistance to regain access. In such cases, you will also be required to redo all the questions, and this may involve a fee. Failure to submit the assessment on time will result in the cancellation of your attendance, and your fees will be forfeited.

On successful completion of this course, participants will then receive the following within 10 business days:
All Health Training and The Australian Resuscitation Council (ARC) recommends this course to be renewed every 3 years from the date of issue. However, the ARC also stipulates that to maintain this level of competency that you are required to update CPR (HLTAID009 Provide cardiopulmonary resuscitation) component of the course on an annual basis.

This workshop is designed to equip healthcare workers with increasing their knowledge and understanding of the importance of progress note taking for a variety of settings.
The prevention and management of Work related violence (WRV) is an Occupational health and safety issue that requires staff at all levels along with all persons supported by the organisation to identify, recognise and understand their duties under the OHS Act 2004.
WRV can result in a person sustaining physical and/ or psychological injuries, and can sometimes be fatal. Employees can be exposed to WRV from a range of sources including clients, consumers, residents, visitors and members of the public.
