All Health Training is a family owned and operated private registered training organisation (RTO ID. 22066) and is one of Melbourne’s leading healthcare education providers with three modern and fully equipped healthcare training campuses across Melbourne, in Blackburn, Narre Warren and Preston.

We offer nationally recognised training courses in pathology collection, aged care, health services assistance and disability, along with a wide range of healthcare relevant short courses, workshops and professional development training.

From Humble Beginnings, to where we are today

AHT was founded in 2008 by Faye Gray in a small shop front in Blackburn Main Street. Back then, we offered pathology collection, aged care and first aid courses. At the time, Faye was 60 years of age with a strong and longstanding background across all facets of healthcare. She truly believed in skilling healthcare workers for the future. We always think this shows such grit and determination to set up a new training organisation with the focus on training excellence. Faye was literally creating content and curriculum, teaching and answering the phone – a one woman show!

Fast forward a few years, in 2011, AHT became a family run business – Simon Gray and Zoe Crowder joined the team, bringing their knowledge and skillsets in marketing and business management operations, required to manage the growth AHT was experiencing. In 2011, AHT was a team of around 6 employees and one training room at Blackburn, suitable to train only 12 students at a time.

From there, our office moved across the railway track to Railway Road in Blackburn & we then opened our second training campus at Narre Warren. Since then, we have opened a third training campus at Preston and have heavily invested in expanding all three of our training campuses, to provide our students with the best possible training outcomes and simulated learning environments.

Most recently we moved our head office to Albert St, Blackburn to make way for further expansion at our Blackburn training campus at railway road. AHT now has a dedicated and skilled team of 50+ management, administration and training staff with 9 training rooms across 3 campuses! None of this would have been possible had Simon Gray not been at the helm – Simon always had a vision for the company and the expansion of the business has been crucial to our success in the education space.

A new Direction

Zoe & Simon became the owners of AHT in 2021, with Simon now becoming the Chief Executive Officer.

Our vision has, and always will be, to ensure that we remain steadfast in our quest of Student Centricity. We believe that when our team have this at the heart of their decision making, and are all pushing in the same direction that amazing things will happen! It’s a simple philosophy, but one that we are determined to uphold. Simon to add some notes around having a much larger team and students – but still want to ensure we have a personalised approach to our business.

We have seen so many examples over the past 10+ years of how education can change an individual’s life. It is inspiring to be part of a our student’s journeys towards a successful career in healthcare and we look forward to continuing to share the success with future students
