> from humble begginnings

AHT was established by Faye Gray in a small Blackburn Main Street shop in 2008.

Back then, we offered pathology collection, aged care and first aid courses. At the time, Faye was 60 years of age with a strong and longstanding background across all facets of healthcare. She truly believed in skilling healthcare workers for the future. We always think this shows such grit and determination to set up a new training organisation with the focus on training excellence. Faye was literally creating content and curriculum, teaching and answering the phone – a one woman show!

In 2011, AHT became a family run business – Simon Gray (Faye’s son) and Zoe Crowder (Simon’s wife) joined the team, bringing their knowledge and skillsets in marketing and business management operations, required to manage the growth AHT was experiencing. At the time AHT was a team of around 6 employees and one training room at Blackburn, suitable to train only 12 students at a time.

From there, our office moved across the railway track to Railway Road in Blackburn & we then opened our second training campus at Narre Warren. Since then, we have opened a third training campus at Preston and have heavily invested in expanding all three of our training campuses, to provide our students with the best possible training outcomes and simulated learning environments.

Most recently we moved our head office to Albert St, Blackburn to make way for further expansion at our Blackburn training campus at railway road. AHT now has a dedicated, skilled team of 60+ inclusive of management, administration and training staff delivering customer service to the highest standard. Boasting 10 modern & fully equipped training rooms, as well as 9 simulated practical rooms across 3 campuses! None of this would have been possible had Simon Gray not been at the helm – Simon always had a vision for All Health Training and the expansion of the business has been crucial to our success in the education space.

In 2021, it was time for Faye to enjoy a well-earned retirement. Simon Gray and Zoe Crowder assumed ownership and management of All Health Training. Whilst our vision is to create more learning opportunities for students at our facilities, we remain steadfast in our core value of students first – making student outcomes the centre of our decision making, with a personalised approach that we think is lacking in the training industry. It’s a simple philosophy, but one that we are determined to uphold. That’s why we invest in our simulated rooms, equipment, resources and staff. AHT punches well above its weight in the industry, with longstanding relationships and partnerships with industry organisations that support student placements, employment opportunities, and industry standards consultation.

We have seen so many examples over the past 15+ years of how education can change an individual’s life. It is inspiring to be part of a our student’s journeys towards a successful career in healthcare and we look forward to continuing to share the success with future students.
