All Health Training is by far the best RTO I have completed a course with over the years. Cody and Rosa were amazing, knowledgeable and supportive trainers who have prepared me well for my upcoming placement. Not too long now and I will have my Cert III in Pathology Collection! If you want to upskill or looking for employment in Pathology, I highly recommend AHT to get your qualification!

I had a great trainer, very thorough, knowledgeable & patient. Trainer displays an understanding and adaptive to individual adult learning styles. Note* This course is not suitable for adults with English as a second/additional language. Highly recommend this training organisation, will definitely return for other training if needed in the near future.

I can honestly recommend All Health Training (AHT) to anyone considering a career change to the health industry where your caring nature will shine! I`m 63yrs old. My job was made redundant at the hospital I worked at in Ballarat after 18yrs of service. I found out about the Certificate 111 in Pathology Collection at All Health Training in Blackburn, Melbourne, so I applied to do the course. The trainers are amazing with one thing in mind. To nurture you through the course and pass. The study at home was busy, but if you pace yourself and your study, you`ll be fine. I did my placement in Ballarat and was then hired within two weeks after placement. Not ready to retire? I highly recommend doing the course with All Health Training.

I had a fantastic experience with this pathology collection course. The training was thorough, with a perfect balance of theory and practical hands-on learning. The instructors were knowledgeable and supportive, helping me feel confident in my skills, especially with venipuncture. My experience at AHT has been amazing. I graduated in pathology collection in March 2023. I've studied for six month in Blackburn center and having Brodie as a lovely trainer has made my experience of learning at AHT very easy. Her support has been there from the start going above and beyond making sure all students understand. The classes were fun which makes it easier to learn. I couldn't be happier. The teachers are really amazing and supportive. You will be in good hands and have lots of hands-on experience. Learning Pathology Collection and collecting specimens for drugs and alcohol was really fun and interesting. Only regret I have was not doing it sooner.

Took up Cert III Pathology Collection to gain a job that is pandemic proof. I had mentors/ trainers that has years of experience in the industry. They are also very supportive , motivating and boost your confidence. Half way in the course, we had a work placement and I was offered a job prior to competing the course. Right after completing the course the company offered me to proceed to training and am very happy with the outcome. Thank you very much Jolanta, Brodie and Rosa. Youve all been such wonderful mentors.

I recently completed Certificate III in Pathology Collection with AHT at the Narre Warren campus, and I loved it! I had Jolanta as my Front of Room Trainer, supported by Industry experts Cherie and Karen. Jolanta is a fabulous trainer, making the classes fun and engaging, whilst imparting her years of knowledge and experience on to her class. Cherie and Karen were amazing in the prac room, encouraging and supporting us to become confident collectors. The AHT team delivered a comprehensive curriculum, which I believe has given me a terrific grounding for a career in Pathology Collecting. I would highly recommend the AHT team for your studies!
