Following many years of initiating and management of my own successful business, I am now responsible for the overall management of the finances, projects and initiatives to improve process for All Health Training. My key focus is the ability to engage at diverse levels, with the objectives of implementing decisions which result in best outcomes and generally advancing All Health Trainings interests. I have also obtained Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.

I oversee the administration and operations at All Health Training, having joined the company 6 years ago. I am a manager with over 18 years in training, client services and sales in the Education and Property sectors.

A results driven executive with over 20 years of broad-based experience and visible achievements in the health care and hospitality service industries with proven skill sets in stakeholder engagement, project management, and sales & marketing and strategic business development arenas. Michael has also obtained Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.
All Health Training provide tailored training solutions that are delivered in a flexible manner to reduce downtime and disruption to both the company and individual.

I relish marrying the compliance requirements with the engaging practicalities of delivery and assessment our Trainers need. My dream - support trainers, create memorable learning experiences and build on the engaging journey All Health Training provides for its learners.

I am responsible for coordinating workshops, digital media and marketing activities. One of my passions is social media - I particularly love being able to incorporate this with training and education. I also have qualifications in Marketing, Business and Training and Assessment, and am a proud advocate for animal welfare & mental health awareness.

I have worked in the health sector for over 20 years. During this time, I spent 8 years as a Director of an Aged Care Hostel and 5 years as a Medical Reception Manager and Pathology Collector within a medical clinic. I then became involved with All Health Training to share my passion for imparting knowledge and skills. My aim is to provide our students with an enjoyable, enriched learning experience.

I have 21 years of experience in the health sector. I began my career in Pharmacy then moved into Pathology, where I developed a broad range of skills and knowledge. Yet my passion for the industry and quality care for the clients along with my love of people saw me move into training. I am a passionate, committed trainer, mentor and assessor that focusses on developing and strengthening the skills and knowledge of both students and staff to ensure success and quality.

I have always had an interest in health, and feel passionate about healthcare. After I commenced nursing, I delved into the pathology sector whilst working in various areas to fine tune my skills and experience. I maintain my nursing skills whilst working in a hospital and thoroughly enjoy imparting and sharing my knowledge of the wider healthcare sector via education and training.

I have 21 years of experience in the Health sector. After having studied health for some time I moved over into the Pathology collection sector where I have remained for the last 19 years. I have been involved in most aspects of the Pathology collection Industry where I am now currently employed in a senior role. I have experience in all aspects of the Pathology collectors role including collection/medical centers and off site visiting. I have well developed skills in all specialised test collections.

During my time working in the Pathology industry I have broadened my skill set to include mentoring, training, auditing, compliance and management roles. All Health Training provides me with the opportunity to transfer this knowledge to my students.

I started in the health industry not long after leaving school, while doing my nursing studies and completing my Cert. IV in Pathology. I worked in both fields but eventually moved to Pathology full time. 17 years later, I have gained experience in the collection branches, hospitals ward rounds and home visiting. The diversity within the job has led me to gain continuous knowledge and skills to further myself. I find working in pathology a fulfilling and rewarding career and have become very passionate about sharing my knowledge and experiences with others.

Therefore, 3 years ago I gained my training and assessment qualification and commenced my training in pathology as I wanted to give back to others and teach them the skills and knowledge I had gained. I thoroughly enjoy the industry, especially teaching others!

Having worked for over 10 years in the aged care sector, my passion for working with the elderly has made me realise how much I want to share my knowledge with others who want to enter this industry. I originally qualified as a dental surgeon and bring a wealth of health industry knowledge to my job role. I love interacting with students and making them a part of All Health Training family. It has been a privilege to be able to integrate my two passions health and training. I am also an active member of the Manningham Healthy City Advisory commitee.

My background has been primarily in the photographic industry. Working in many areas including training. A redundancy from the news and media industry saw me retrain into health, and I have not looked back.

After some time in industry, I completed my TAE, and now indulge my passion for training full time. Health services is a very interesting field, often leading to other pathways within the industry, and I am focused on effective training and job outcomes for my students.

I had been working in an engineering role in the Optical Media Industry for most of my career. Part of this role included training and assessing of personnel. I then moved over to the health Industry as a Patient Services Assistant to pursue an exciting and rewarding career in caring for people, ensuring excellent quality and respectable care of patients. I have always had a passion for training people. I enjoy passing on my knowledge which will enable students to continue to grow and expand their careers in the health field.

I am a division 1 registered nurse & midwife with a passion for education. I get satisfaction from seeing former students making/offering meaningful contributions to the community supporting the elderly, disabled and other ill people. I love teaching and have always had students, graduates by my side until I decided to get a formal training and assessment qualification in in 2014.

I am trained as a Div. 2 nurse and have over 25 years’ experience in medical/surgical, day theatre, Rehabilitation and Aged Care where I became a mentor to PCA’S, which inevitably led me to training and education. My aim is for students to find their new chosen career as carer’s, as rewarding as I have. I currently still work in the HACC sector whenever I can to keep my industry knowledge current.
