This is an opportunity to join an emerging RTO with offices in Blackburn, Preston and Narre Warren.

The Role:

An exciting opportunity has become available within our Workshop team for a highly organised and driven individual. This position is a fast-paced role, working in a busy environment. You will play a pivotal role, ensuring all processing and functions of the role are carried out according to set requirements and procedures.

Duties will include but not limited to:

  • General Administration
  • Customer Service & Client Liaison
  • Monitor & manage corporate workshop/external training calendar/s
  • Trainer Allocation
  • Prepare trainer packs for upcoming sessions
  • Coordinate & manage required resources
  • Data Entry
  • Compliance duties

This is a varied and busy role and will require someone with the ability to prioritise and work well under pressure. This position is a full time role with an immediate start and will be based from the Blackburn office. On-site parking is provided together with access to excellent public transport options. Remuneration will reflect experience and ability.
